At Facelogic Spa, we strive to make sure each guest enjoys his or her spa experience. These policies were created to ensure that our therapists meet and exceed our guest’s expectations.

First Time Experience:

Arriving early to the first appointment with Facelogic Spa is important. Arriving 10 minutes prior to the first appointment allows time to check in, fill out any necessary paperwork and preparation for treatment. Arriving late, will limit the allotted time for treatment and could result in less effective results and less relaxation time for the guest.

All treatments end on time, so that the next guest is not delayed.

Arriving Late:

Arriving late for an appointment may result in reduced treatment time to avoid delays for other guests. We will try our best to fulfill the full appointment, but that is not always possible. Any late services will still be charged at full value.

Appointment No Show and Cancellation Policy:

Facelogic Spa makes every effort to accommodate your schedule. We understand that life gets busy, but we appreciate your cooperation. Always try to notify the staff if you cannot make it to an appointment. Below is our No Show and Cancellation policy for spa members and non-members.

MEMBERS:

  • 24 Hour notice of cancellation – no charge
  • Less than 24 Hour notice of cancellation – a $25.00 charge will be added to your account
    • $25.00 charge can be used toward a retail purchase within 60 days of cancellation
    • After 60 days, the $25.00 credit will be deducted from your account.
  • No Shows result in a $25.00, non-refundable fee
  • After repeat No Shows or Cancellations, all bookings will need to be approved by a spa manager.

NON-MEMBERS:

  • 24 Hour notice of cancellation – no charge
  • Less than 24 Hour notice of cancellation results in a $25.00, non-refundable fee.
  • No Shows result in a $25.00, non-refundable fee
  • After repeat No Shows or Cancellations, all bookings will need to be approved by a spa manager.

Tranquil Environment:

A spa appointment is a relaxing experience for guests. To show courtesy to other guests, please maintain a quiet level of conversation and turn off all devices.

We recommend you schedule your next service prior to leaving Facelogic Spa. One of our Front Desk Coordinators will be happy to serve you.

We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the newest trends and products in the industry.

We try our very best to keep our menu and website pricing updated, but please keep in mind that prices and services are subject to change at any time.

Therapists:

While we will make every effort to meet a guest’s request, we cannot always guarantee a specific therapist. All therapists are trained in the same manner to ensure the same level of service. Ashley trains and approves all therapists. Our commitment to our guests is a consistent enjoyable experience, regardless of the therapist.
